Dawn S DeVoe is a portrait photographer and graphic designer located in Bel Air, MD. She works exclusively on-location throughout areas of Baltimore, Harford and Cecil County, Maryland. Design clients are served nationwide.

The miracle of life, the fleeting moments of childhood, and a family’s love is what Dawn strives to capture with her camera. Her style can be described as “lifestyle portraiture” as she documents your family’s personality in photographs. Custom portrait sessions offer you a truly unique and personalized experience resulting in images to cherish for years to come.

Sessions are crafted around you and your family. Unlike a traditional portrait studio, sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or other suitable location. Utilizing the natural backdrops in your home and/or outdoors truly captures the real beauty of your family in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

All images are artistically enhanced in the digital darkroom. Dawn specializes in creating unique artwork for your home and offers heirloom quality prints & products and custom framing. Design

With over 12 years experience in the creative industry, Dawn oversees all aspects of the design process from the initial concept to the completed product. All design materials are custom made for the client using industry standard design software and supplied web or print ready depending on the needs of the client. The design process begins by discussing your unique design needs and business goals.

Dawn’s design style is clean and simple. She strives to create timeless design that will have impact at both business card and billboard size. Design services are centered on identity & branding for creative professionals and small business.

Rates begin at $250 for logo design and $395 for website design. All projects are custom quoted at the start of the project. Please inquire for a design consultation and current availability.
